At your home or office

Remote help
Some software or setup issues may be suited to a remote session. Call first so we can discuss whether remote help is appropriate and arrange the session.
Pickup & delivery
Ask about collecting or returning a device when a shop repair is the better option. Availability and any travel charges should be confirmed when scheduling.
Arrange a visit
Call 970-775-1234 or start a support ticket. Include your city, the affected equipment, and the times that work for you. A submitted ticket is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
