Your website should make it easy for people to understand what you do, where you work, and how to contact you. Caveman Computer Consulting offers search engine optimization (SEO) services and consulting for businesses in Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and surrounding Northern Colorado communities.

Whether you have a new website, an established site that needs attention, or questions about your visibility on Google, we can help you identify the next useful steps. We combine website improvements, local business information, and practical content planning around the services you want customers to find.

WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH

A practical approach to search visibility.

SEO work starts with your business goals and the condition of your website. Your project can focus on one area or combine several of the services below. We confirm the scope and price with you before work begins.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Website SEO audits

Review your site’s structure, important service pages, search titles, descriptions, links, mobile experience, and indexing settings. Where access is available, we also review Search Console data. You receive prioritized findings so you can decide which issues deserve attention first.

02 / CLARIFY

On-page optimization

Improve page titles, descriptions, headings, image descriptions, and links between related pages. We organize the information around the questions customers ask and the action you want them to take, such as calling, requesting a quote, or booking a service.

03 / CONNECT

Local SEO & Google Business Profile

Review business categories, services, contact information, website links, hours, and service-area details. We can help align your website with your Google Business Profile, identify inconsistent business listings, and plan useful photos, updates, and requests for honest customer feedback.

04 / FIX

Technical SEO

Check whether important pages can be found and indexed, identify broken links and unnecessary redirects, and review duplicate-page signals, sitemaps, mobile usability, and page-speed issues. We explain the technical findings and carry out the agreed fixes within your platform’s capabilities.

05 / EXPLAIN

Keyword & content planning

Research the language customers use to look for your services and organize those topics into useful pages. Get help with service descriptions, FAQs, page outlines, and location-specific content that reflects the places you actually serve. Content work is planned around your business knowledge and customer needs.

06 / MEASURE

Search performance & consulting

Get help setting up or reviewing Google Search Console and understanding search queries, impressions, clicks, and page performance. When appropriate tracking is available, we can also review inquiries and other useful actions. Consulting sessions turn those findings into a clear next-step plan.

SEO FOR NORTHERN COLORADO

Be clear about your services and where you work.

A local customer may search for a service, compare nearby businesses, read reviews, and visit a website before making contact. We help connect those steps by making your business information consistent and your service pages useful.

Your local presence

We review how your business name, contact details, hours, services, and location or service area are presented. If you serve customers across Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, or nearby communities, we can help explain those service options clearly on your website.

Google Business Profile work is tailored to your business type and eligibility. You keep ownership of your profile and website accounts; access is arranged for the work you approve.

Content with a local purpose

A useful area page explains the services available, how customers arrange them, and any details that matter for that community. We can help plan pages that answer real questions and give visitors a clear route to an inquiry.

Google describes local visibility in terms of relevance, distance, and prominence. Improving your information and website supports that work, while search results also depend on the searcher’s location and competing businesses. Read Google’s explanation of local rankings ↗.

WORK WITH THE WEBSITE YOU HAVE

SEO help for WordPress and Wix.

WORDPRESS

Improve your site’s foundation

We can review your WordPress page structure, metadata, internal links, SEO plugin settings, indexing controls, and relevant structured data. Depending on the project, we can also address image sizes, performance concerns, redirects, and the way service pages guide customers toward contact.

WIX

Make the most of your site’s tools

We can help review Wix SEO settings, page titles and descriptions, URL structure, redirects, image descriptions, and content organization. We can also help connect or review Search Console and explain which improvements are available through your current site and plan.

Planning a new website or a redesign?

Bring SEO into the planning stage so your page structure, service content, navigation, and launch settings work together. If an existing site is moving, we can discuss retaining useful URLs and planning redirects. Explore our WordPress and Wix web design services, or ask about Wix web design training if you want help maintaining your own content.

HOW WE WORK

From questions to a clear action plan.

01

Start with your goals

Tell us what your business does, which services matter most, where your customers are, and what you want your website to achieve. Share your website address and any concerns about its current performance.

02

Review & prioritize

We review the agreed parts of your website and local presence, explain the findings, and identify priorities. You can see what needs fixing, what could be improved, and what information or access we need from you.

03

Agree & implement

We confirm the work, deliverables, price, and expected schedule. Changes may include page improvements, technical corrections, business-profile updates, or a content plan. You review business details and content for accuracy.

04

Review the results

We summarize the completed work and explain how to monitor relevant search and inquiry data. Follow-up reviews can help identify the next improvements as your site, services, and search performance develop.

What you can expect from the project

Your agreed deliverables may include an audit and priority list, revised page titles and descriptions, page or content recommendations, completed website fixes, local-profile recommendations, and a summary of the changes. We specify what is included in your quote and explain any items that need a separate project.

MEASURE WHAT MATTERS

Make progress you can understand.

We help you choose measures that fit your business: which searches show your website, which pages attract clicks, and whether visitors take useful actions. Where enough data exists, we compare periods and explain the limits of the information, including seasonality and changes to your business.

SEO takes time. Search engines need to discover and reassess changes, and results vary with the website, competition, and work involved. The aim is to improve the quality and visibility of your online presence and support relevant inquiries. Specific rankings, traffic levels, and lead totals cannot be guaranteed.

SEO pricing & project scope

Contact us for a quote based on your website, priorities, and the work required. A focused audit, a set of website improvements, and a broader local SEO project involve different amounts of work. Website design, hosting, paid advertising, premium tools, and additional content are discussed separately when relevant.

Caveman Computer Consulting does not offer service contracts at this time. We can scope a specific SEO project or consulting session and discuss follow-up work separately.

SEO questions, answered.

Can you help my business show up in Fort Collins, Loveland, or Windsor?

We can improve the way your website and eligible Google Business Profile describe your services and the communities you serve. Local visibility also depends on competition, relevance, and the searcher’s location. We’ll discuss practical priorities for your actual service area.

Do I need a new website to improve my SEO?

Often, useful improvements can be made to the website you already have. We start by reviewing its content, structure, settings, and limitations. If a redesign would help, we explain why and discuss it as a separate option.

How long does SEO take?

The timeframe varies. Some website changes can be completed quickly, while their effect on search visibility may take weeks or months to assess. We agree on the work schedule and choose a sensible review point based on the site and the project. Google also explains that the impact of changes can take time in its SEO Starter Guide ↗.

Can you guarantee the number-one position on Google?

No. Google determines its search results, and positions vary by search, location, competition, and other factors. We focus on improvements we can make and measure, with clear explanations of the work and its limits.

Is Google Business Profile optimization included?

It can be included when it fits your goals and your business is eligible. The quote identifies whether profile review, updates, or consulting are part of the project, along with any access or verification steps you need to complete.

Does SEO include Google Ads?

SEO focuses on improving visibility in unpaid search results. Google Ads is paid advertising with a separate advertising budget. The SEO services described here do not include ad spend or campaign management.

Can you write or improve my website content?

Content planning and improvements can be included in the agreed scope. You provide accurate information about your services, experience, and customers, and review the final copy. We can help organize service pages, FAQs, and helpful topics for future content.

What should I send you to get started?

Send your website address, business name, main services, the cities or areas you serve, and what you hope to improve. Let us know whether the site uses WordPress or Wix and whether you already use Google Business Profile or Search Console. We’ll discuss the right access arrangements when the project is scoped.
